By placing an order you represent that you meet these criteria and that you will use the Products exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Amire & Co. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, orders that violate these Terms, orders that cannot be verified against our qualification requirements, and orders for Products that are out of stock or incorrectly priced.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that all payment information is accurate. Amire & Co is not responsible for any fees, surcharges, or currency-conversion costs imposed by your payment provider.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, packaging, and international delivery are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Amire & Co is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility is limited and is described in full in our Returns Policy. Research products that have been opened, reconstituted, or altered are not eligible for return.
Product Descriptions
Amire & Co makes reasonable efforts to describe Products accurately, including specifications, purity ranges, and formatting. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or any other content on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Colors, appearance, and packaging may vary between batches.
