Because Amire & Co Products are research chemicals intended for controlled laboratory use, our return policy is more limited than that of a typical consumer good. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Products
For the safety of every researcher and the integrity of every batch, opened, reconstituted, tampered, or altered Products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Once a research vial has been unsealed, we cannot verify its chain of custody or storage conditions.
Returns for Unopened Products
Unopened, unaltered Products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To request a return, contact support@amireandco.com with your order number and reason. Return requests approved after 14 days from delivery are not accepted.
Approved returns are subject to: (a) the buyer paying return shipping; (b) a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) at our discretion; (c) inspection of the returned Product upon arrival — if we determine the seal has been broken, refund is void; and (d) refund issued to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the outer packaging and the affected Product. We will replace the damaged Product at our cost or, at our discretion, issue a refund to the original payment method.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive a Product different from what you ordered, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the correct Product at our cost. The unopened incorrect item must be returned to us using the prepaid shipping label we provide.
Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting support. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the return terms above.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Shipments that are refused at delivery, unclaimed at pickup, or returned to us because of an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost. If you would like the Product reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take an additional business cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges, customs duties, and any applicable taxes are not refundable except where an order has not shipped or where the return is due to our error.
